Containing freeze dried chickpea miso, it is made from fermented chickpeas and as a fermented food, miso provides the gut with beneficial bacteria, probiotics which are used to benefit gut health and in turn to overall mental and physical wellness.Miso is rich in essential minerals and a good source of B vitamins including folic acid, vitamins E and K.

These medicinal mushrooms have been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine for everything fromimmunity and fertility to coping with stress.
