Our Cauliflower Soup
Cauliflower Soup
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cauliflower (we used chinese cauliflower in our pic because it's do pretty)
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 a teaspoon of mint
- 1 pinch of smoked paprika
- 500ml bone broth
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Add vegetables, mint and paprika and our broth. Bring to the boil then simmer for 30 minutes until tender and blend until smooth and serve. Sprinkle with a your favourite cheese and serve with some crusty bread.
