Bolognese Sauce with VegEase

 

Ingredients

400g ground beef mince

1 small onion

1 cup of passata or tinned tomatoes

4 tablespoons of a blend of your favourite VegEase Powders

Some parsley or your child’s favourite herb

 

Method

Fry the onion

Add the mince with a little of the passata to help it separate

Cook for 5 minutes the add the remainder of the tomato and herbs

Simmer for 30 minutes until cooked

Stir in the VegEase in the last few minutes, as it cooks quickly

You can use this sauce as a bolognese or stir through with some cheese and create a pasta bake or thicken it with some chia seeds and use it as pie filling or in sausage rolls.
