Low Carb Two Seed, Onion and Carrot Mini Loaves Recipe

 

 

Ingredients

 

Dry Ingredients

¾ Cup Coconut Flour

2 tbsp VegEase Carrot Powder

2 tbsp Tapioca Flour

½ tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds or Pumpkin Seeds

 

Wet ingredients

5 Eggs

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp Coconut Oil

2 tbsp Coconut Milk

 

Directions

 

Preheat the oven to 170 ◦C

Grease Mini Loaf Pans or use a 20 x 10cm pan

Beat wet ingredients

Stir the dry ingredients through the wet mixture

Spoon into mini Loaf pans ¾ high – Should make about 8 mini loaves

Top with Seeds

Bake for 25-35 minutes and 45 minutes if you are using the larger pan
