Easy Baked Chicken Nuggets
Another clever way to disguise vegetables kids tend to avoid, this way they start to develop a pallet for it and you bulk up their nutrition.
Even the adults will like these!
500g chicken tenderloins cubed
1/3 cup of plain flour
1 egg, beaten
½ a cup of milk
1 cup of gluten free bread crumbs
2 tsp of mushroom or cauliflower VegEase
1 cup of cornflakes
Set up a crumbing station.
Mix flour with the VegEase, dip in egg beaten with the milk then press in crushed corn flakes.
Place on a wire rack and cook in a pre heated oven 180C for 30 minutes.
As a snack you could serve with a dipping sauce.
Apple or Pear puree with VegEase
2 peeled, cored and chopped apples/pear
3 tablespoons of water
Simmer until soft and puree.
Stir though 1 teaspoon of your choice of VegEase Vegetable Powder for additional nutritional boost!
