At Broth + Co, we believe everyday wellness starts with real food.

Founded in Melbourne by Nellie, a pharmacist, and Peter, a fitness coach, Broth + Co was created from a shared belief that nutrition should be simple, purposeful and easy to enjoy every day.

We create Australian-made bone broth, collagen and functional wellness products that bring together traditional nourishment with evidence-led ingredients. Every product is made with carefully selected ingredients and a focus on quality, transparency and everyday use.

This philosophy guides everything we do. We believe wellness products should fit naturally into your routine, be made with ingredients you understand, and be supported by genuine care and credible research.

Our journey began with bone broth, a traditional food valued for its naturally occurring protein and collagen-derived amino acids. With Nellie’s pharmacy background, we wanted to go further than tradition alone, which led us to clinically study our freeze-dried beef bone broth with the National Institute of Integrative Medicine in Melbourne.

Today, Broth + Co has grown to include BC Beauty, our collagen wellness range created for beauty from within, metabolic wellness, healthy ageing, movement and recovery.

Across everything we make, our purpose remains the same: to help people nourish well, move well and live well with products they can enjoy and trust.

Broth + Co is Australia's first bone broth brand with a published clinical study investigating the effects of its bone broth on digestive health.

The 12-week study demonstrated significant improvements in digestive wellbeing, including upper and lower gastrointestinal symptoms, intestinal permeability (gut barrier function) and tolerance to a range of common foods.
