Gluten Free Keto Bread with Bone Broth
This healthy bread is low in carbs and gluten-free. It Enjoy all the delicious bread you want with out the harmful effects of grain, especially if you suffer from leaky gut, food sensitivities or other digestive issues. Imagine eating bread and feeling great!
This quick bread is made without yeast, it uses baking powder to and apple cider vinegar which for bubbles to cause the bread to expand. It is therefore recommended to bake as soon as the ingredients are mixed to get the best rise. Use a small loaf pan for this recipe to ensure the bread rises as this bread does not rise to the same extend that a traditional carbohydrate bread which contains gluten can rise.
Use a nut flour in this recipe gives a great taste and texture to this bread. If your almond flourish clumpy then sift it first before adding to the dry ingredients.
Keto Protein Bread
Dry Ingredients
10g (2 tsp) B&C NAKED BONE BROTH POWDER
2 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
2 tsp Baking Powder (Aluminium Free)
1 cup of white almond meal/flour
Wet Ingredients
3 eggs
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
20g butter
2 tbsp olive oil
Topping
2 tbs pumpkin seeds
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180C
Wet ingredients- Beat the eggs and blend the butter, olive oil and apple cider vinegar
Dry ingredients - blend all the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl
Blend the dry ingredients and wet ingredients together and stir to combine.
Add the batter into a prepared loaf pan (either with baking paper or olive oil and flour dusting)
Top with the pumpkin seeds
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. You can test by making sure the bread is cooked by inserting a knife comes out clean)
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes to ensure it keeps its shape.
