At Broth & Co, our mission is simple:

What began as a personal search for convenient, high-quality bone broth has grown into one of Australia's leading bone broth and collagen wellness brands.

How It All Started

Broth & Co was founded by husband-and-wife team Peter Stefanou and Nellie Procopiou.

As healthcare, fitness and wellness professionals, we shared a passion for nutrition and the role food plays in supporting health and wellbeing.

Like many people interested in traditional nutrition, we regularly made bone broth at home.

We loved the concept:

But we also discovered the challenge.

Making bone broth properly takes time.

A traditional broth can simmer for 24 hours or more, which isn't always practical for modern families juggling careers, children and busy schedules.

We wanted a simpler solution.

One that maintained the quality and authenticity of traditional bone broth while making it accessible and convenient.

That idea became Broth & Co.
